I am running an electromagnetic simulation in AIM and I keep getting the below error when trying to solve physics:
"Update failed for the Solve Physics component in Study
ACIS entity check failed for part: Solid"

What version of AIM are you running?
Was the geometry imported into SpaceClaim, or was it created there? If the geometry was imported, create a zip file of the geometry and attach that to your post.
To investigate this further, you will need to save an archive of your model and attach it to your post above using the Attach button. In AIM, File, Archive... and save a file. The file will have a .wbpz file extension. The file has to be < 120 MB to attach to your post.

I am running version 17.1, and I created the geometry in SpaceClaim. I edited my original post to include the file.

I don't have AIM 17.1 I have AIM Student 19.0 and when I try to open your archive, I get an error. ANSYS staff will have to look at this.
Another file you could attach is if you open SpaceClaim, and Export a file with the .scdoc file extension.
You may have to put that file into a zip file archive to attach it to your post.

Here is your geometry without the Enclosure (air).
You have a wheel and some blocks tangent to the wheel. I suspect the reason why the Physics is not solving may be due to the sliver between the block and the wheel.
Do you need that sliver for the problem to be properly defined?
I did one Pull on a block, they all moved, then I did Combine.
Can you define your problem if you combine these bodies?

I would like to define the blocks and wheel as different materials, is this possible to do with combine?

Yes, with some work. But to see if the sliver was the problem, change the radius of the cylinder to 0.0125 m and leave a gap between the cylinder and the blocks.
