Activation information not shown in account portal

  RM Stålteknik has issues with the named user license. Software appears to be running ok and activation information fire the command line option seems to be ok too. Activation information not shown in account portal as on the attached image.

  I have also sent a support email on this issue (but not received a response) - the customer is now not able to use SpaceClaim - please can someone provide further input to the issue raised a week ago (customers account portal shows no activation, even though at the time the software was able to be fired up), and why it is now also impacting the use of the software at all (no longer able to fire the software up) - is there an issue with the information held on the license server causing a problem? Did the entitlement report show what you expected or not? Please respond.

  I checked with my team and it seems like there was a server issue yesterday between 11:00am and 3:00pm EDT.
  
  Let me know if you still face issue with the logins.
  
  On the Device not appearing in the My accounts page.
  We have not seen this issue before so I'm checking on this with the team.

    We had another customer who faced the same problem. Ive talked to both and they are up and running.
