SubscriberHi
i have a 2d chamber. at the left there is a velocity inlet. the remaining boundarys are all walls. im useing dynamic mesh 6 dof solver to simulate the motion of the parallel wall to the inlet, which is caused through the air streaming in to the chamber.
with my settings i recieved this mesh after i ran the simulation.im not satisfied with the large cells on the right. how can i make them smaller, or increase the cells in function of the expansion of the domain?

Ansys EmployeeHave a look at Layering for remeshing. There are a couple of videos (I think) in the Fluent Help system.

Subscriberokay, im actually useing layering for remeshing already in this case, but the numbers of cells dont increase.
Could u send me a link of the Fluent Help system i heavent heard of this site. Thanks

Ansys EmployeeClick on Help in Fluent. Sounds like you didn't set the layering option to add cells correctly.
