SubscriberGood Morning,
I have the need to conduct some research using the Piezoelectric & MEMS extension. I am a faculty member and do not have administrative rights to my computer. I think I have to work through our IT department.
When I look at the extensions in the extension folder, there are only 2: ensight and LSDyna.
Would you please help me by defining how our IT department can load the extension?
Thank you,
Phil Jones

Ansys EmployeeHello Phil,
You would need to access the extensions from our AppStore.
https://catalog.ansys.com/
Once downloaded you can have IT install them. They can be installed from the Workbench -> Extensions -> Install Extension menu.
Thank you,

Ansys EmployeeHi Punnag,
Let's first check if you have an eligible account to download it. Please try this link
https://catalog.ansys.com/product/5b3bc6857a2f9a5c90d32e9e/piezo-and-mems
for piezo and mems extension.
The installation should be straightforward, you can follow the pop-ups.
If issue persists, please create a new thread for your own.
Thanks,
Win
