Adding points on the surface using csv file

  Is there any way to add points to the surface using .csv file? This means I want to add 100 points to the domain. It is hard to add every point manually. I am looking for an alternate option to create points on the domain.

  For monitors? You can adapt the csv file into a journal. The only issue with points on a surface if rounding error: chances are some points are going to miss the domain.
