SubscriberHello SagarLive
Looking at the screengrab, I can see that the graphic card drivers are not updated since almost 2 years. Can you please update them to the latest version from the manufacturer's website?
Regards.

SubscriberHello SagarLive ,
I had a discussion with the experts, according to them, this is likely has something to do with the Citrix being used to access the machine. Discovery requires a discrete hardware GPU and as you can see that GPU1 is a virtual one created by Citrix. This is probably confusing the software. What we can try is to go to the NVIDIA control panel on your machine and setting the CUDA and OpenGL rendering GPUs, both set to P4000. If this works and solves your issue please let me know.
Regards.

but with same case working fine with M2000 graphic card. Is there any specific setting need under Citrix or NVIDIA control panel for P4000?

SubscriberIdeally, there shouldn't be, SagarLive
Maybe Citrix might confuse the software. I will try to find the exact reasons.
Were you able to try to change it through the NVIDIA control panel?
Regards.
