AIM model does not open after saving it

I can simulate a model in AIM, perform all the physics calculations and after I save it and try to open the model later, it shows "opening project" and it hangs.

      Hello Biraj Dey ,

Are you facing this issue specific to this project file?

You can try deleting the %temp% folder or restarting your computer.

I am facing this for all project files.

I have tried deleting %temp% folder and restarting now, the issue still remains.

        Hello Biraj Dey ,

Can you please go to C:UsersAppDataLocal, go to Ansys folder and rename folder "v193" to "v193_old".

Restart AIM and let me know if you are still encountering the same issue.

It's still the same. It hangs after opening.

        Hello Biraj Dey ,

Does it take longer to open? If yes, How long do you have to wait before it opens?

Can you try a small simplified model, and replicate the issue you are facing?

Can you tell me your system specifications?

It doesn't open at all, the screen opens and gets stuck as shown in the image.
Upon minimizing and opening again, it shows blank screen.

Yes, I just saved only the geometry without applying any physics or solutions in AIM. Upon opening it, it shows the same problem

Can you tell me your system specifications?
Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-8850H CPU 2.60 GHz
      RAM: 32 GB

        Hello Biraj Dey ,

Can you uninstall ANSYS and reinstall the setup with 'Run as administrator' ?

I can see that you are using 2019R1, is it possible for you to migrate to the latest version, as this could be a bug that is removed in subsequent versions?
