AIM Trial License Activation Error

      Hi, 

      The trial license was applied last week and it worked functionally until yesterday.

      Then, today showed up these error messages and can't activate again.

      Here are the sure things about the computer that is without Anti-Virus and Firewall.

      Can you type %temp% in Windows Search and go inside .ansys folder, locate .log file starting with ansysls_client* and send it?

        It works normally when the computer connects to the Internet again.

        The account has already signed in once at the first-time activation of AIM, why it needs to connect to the Internet to use? It updates the License every 30 days, doesn't it? Or is it different between trial License and a normal one?

        Hello Kin 

        There is no difference between trial license and regular license. After activation, you should be able to work without internet connection for 30-days. Can you send the ansysls_client*.log file (location mentioned in my earlier reply) when the application is working normally when connected to internet and when it fails if not connected to internet?
