SubscriberDear Support Team,
when I select Momentum in SpaceClaim (File>Options>License) this message appears:
As suggested in other posts, I released the subscription from the ANSYS account, then reactivated the software on the PC, but the message still remains.
In the Manage Account page the status of the ANSYS Discovery Algoryx Momentum subscription is “unused”.
Could you help me to fix this issue?
Thank you very much
Best regards

Ansys Employeecrl_mbIt may be necessary to delete the existing activation files from your PC in order to start again from scratch.
Navigate to C:\Users\'user name'\AppData\Local\.ansys_licensing\.activation and delete all the files contained there.
(Replace 'user name' with your own Windows user name on your PC)
Launch the software again and provide your login when prompted. You may need to repeat the process of selecting the Momentum option in the License settings.

The Algoryx Momentum module requires an additional license. On further inspection of your account, it appears you had a trial license for Algoryx that has since expired.
