ALH access denied

      Hi,

      I am facing a few issues:

      1) Whenever I try to access ALH, I am logged out and denied access. Likewise whenever I try to click on the other tabs like Ansys Educator Hub, Ansys Support, etc. I have only access to ALF. Is this because of my license does not allow access or do I have to register for each separately?

      2) The ansys website is extremely slow and this has been issue for some years since I start using Ansys Lumerical website. I am using Chrome

      ALH is only for certain licensed customers. Please check if your license includes ALH or your account subscribs it. Please refer this link  https://catalog.ansys.com/product/5c3f4708393ff6602c2aed92/ansys-learning-hub

      I am sorry to hear that Chrome is slow. Is it slow sometimes or always? You may try to use a different browser and check if it improves. The website is hosted in North Americal, the internet may have some issues occasionally.
