SubscriberHello all,
I am working the vibration analysis of one electric machine in workbench. I am tryng to get the "ERP level waterfall diagram", which is the vibration under different rpm and frequency.
When I succeed to import the load from EM model to workbench, everything is fine. After click the solve, the error of "An error occurred inside the SOLVER module: general error. " and " Unable to find requested modes. Refer to Troubleshooting in the Help System for more details." come out.
I try to search the error in the solution information, I find that " No modes are available for the harmonic frequency evaluation. "
Is there anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks.

Ansys EmployeeHi
Can you add some screenshots of the workbench project schematic and the mechanical set up (assume Harmonic response system - especially analysis settings).
Thank you
Erik

SubscriberHello Erik,
Thanks for your reply.
The workbench schematic is shown as below.
The analysis setting is shown as follows:
and the imported romote load sceenshot is as follows:
When I try to do the analysis of one speed, it works. But when I try to use the optimetics function in ansys to setup up the model under different rotation speed, this problem comes out.
Thanks for your time.
