SubscriberHi everyone. I'm having problem with downloading the Ansys student 2020R1 version. When I click "Agree & Download" an error refers which says "An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #50.871f1602.1593501414.36f55d8f "
I have tried to download with another web browser and I also changed my internet connection but it didn't work. To avoid the error I also deleted the "s" from "https" what Mr. Win was suggesting in some discussion but this did not work either. I had downloaded the software 2 months ago successfully but I had some problem with running the Fluent so I decided to reinstall the whole software to solve that issue.
Now I lost it all. Can someone please help me on this?
Thanks in advance
BR

SubscriberHi, I am also facing this problem and wanting to ask for help as i am trying to download Ansys 2019 R3 version. The link seems to be broken.
This is the message that was displayed: "An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #50.8fe82d17.1593502618.2a338f39".
Wondering if it is a server problem or something.
Thanks!
