I'm trying to download Ansys Student 2019 R3 to take an online course.
When I accept the terms and conditions a new tab appears displaying the following message:

Reference #50.4e241cb8.1593481757.4ec9ded2
I tried to clear the cookies of my browser, also tried in another browser.
I changed https to http, even I've tried to download it in another PC but nothing works.
Could somebody help?
