an error ocurred while i click on model

  Hello
  Please let me know which version you are using at your end.
  
  Below process is for v2019R2 (v194). If it is other versions, please rename appropriate folders (v2019R1 ? v193, v2019R3 ? v195)
  
  Please try clearing the appdata.
  
  1. Close all WB sessions
  
  2. Go to %appdata%Ansys folder
  
  3. In this directory, rename the folders, v194 and ansys19.4 to v194_old and ansys19.4_old
  
  4. Restart WB and open Mechanical.
  
  Please try this at your end and let me know if this resolves the issue.
