Have you checked the solve.out file for more information. Can you share the screenshot of that error message. You can look at the solve.out file, refer to this image below:
Also, there's a warning message that tells offset type is not supported, although it's assuming to middle, it is recommended to chamge it manually and solve again.

I'm not familiar with this error, but after some review, this looks like a memory related issue. Although your model looks small, could you try switching to iterative solver and let us know if that didn't help. what product are you using? Student, academic or commercial?
