The problem is as shown in the picture.

This version is about 19 (downloaded about one month ago). I have installed and uninstalled this version ANSYS several times today trying to solve the problem (The problem arises since the first installation and I never install any other version of ANSYS) . I have found many possible methods but no one works. And when I enter

"C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS StudentShared FilesLicensingwinx64ansysli_util" -checkout aa_t_i

in CMD as tsiriaks advised, the result is as shown in the following picture:

I do not even know whether the license file is fine. Could someone give me some help?

Thanks for the information, this is useful.

Try two things.

1. Issue the following command in CMD Prompt

move "%appdata%ansys" "%appdata%ansys.old"

If this doesn't help, try

2. Renew your license file by following the steps here
