Hi, That option you circled corresponds to the Time decay of a Complex Animation typically used in a modal analysis etc. Please see the help for details on all the buttons.
Coming to your question on repeated cycles, why not use the repeat option in the media player, VLC or even power-point? I don't think there is a way to do this from the save settings. You might have to use a screen recorder (like screencast-o-matic) or a video-editing software like Camtasia to create a repeat loop.
