Another License Error

SpaceClaim had been working normally, however when I tried to open it today I started getting another license error. When I opened the program it asked me to log in to my account with my username and password (which it normally does not do). Then it gave me this error "There are no current ANSYS subscriptions that enable capability Discovery - level 1." I checked the subscriptions in the administration portal and I'm still assigned to a SpaceClaim license.

Hello bgreenfi We have received similar complaints from other users as well. I have escalated this issue with my team to check for issues at our end. In the meantime, could you please try refreshing your licenses using the command prompt options?

I tried refreshing the license as described via the command prompt, however this did not fix the issue. Do you have an estimate for when this will be resolved?

      Hello bgreenfi

The license issue has been fixed. Please refresh the license as per below steps and launch SpaceClaim:

      1. Open Command prompt in admin mode
      2. In the command prompt, type in:
        cd C:Program FilesANSYS Incv211licensingclientwinx64
      3. Once in that directory, run the following command:
        ansysls_client.exe -RefreshLicenseEntitlements

Please let me know if you face any issues further.
