Hi, I'm new to Ansys.
I'm learning it as part of my curriculum. However, Mechanical frequently crashes by even doing simple things such as resetting the isometric view, zooming, etc. I would get an error saying "ANSYS WB Module has stopped working." I have already tried reinstalling and resetting user configurations in the %AppData% folder.
Does anyone know what might be the problem?
Version I'm using: 2022 R1
Windows 10, 64-bit
Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz
RAM: 8 GB (7.8 GB useable)May 13, 2022 at 1:38 pmGeorge KarnosAnsys EmployeeCheck the date of your graphics driver for your graphics card and make sure you have the latest.
