ANSYS 18 Academic instalation problem

  Hello all, I have a problem with ANSYS 18 instalation. After run the setup, the instalation started. After cca 11% the istalation stoped work and computer too. Does have anything some expirience with this error?

  Did you unzip the download onto a local drive?
  
  Did you right click on setup.exe and choose "Run as administrator"?
  
  Did you turn off your anti-virus software?
