ansys 19.2 mechanical apdl doesn’t open

  Hello
  I use ansys mechanical apdl 19.2. It was work until yesterday but today, it doesn't work. when i open it, it shows the opening picture with blank output window then it close again without showing error message.
  how can i fix this problem ?
