SubscriberHello,
I've recently installed Ansys 2021 R1 Free Student version and it was working just fine, until today when I tried to run the Mechanical APDL Launcher and got the following error message.
I'm new to the software so first thing I tried to do was to reinstall it (I happened to still have the download file in my pc, so thought it was convenient), but it did not work out.

Ansys EmployeeWe had a dud licence file compiled into the first 2021R1 Student build, please can you download the bundle again and then install that. You may need uninstall the current copy to avoid conflicts (you can have many versions of the software but installing on top of an existing version can be problematic). nViewing 1 reply thread- You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
