ansys 2023 student building mathemical model problem

  hello. two years ago i had ansys student version 2021. it worked good. now i instaled ansys student version 2023. i make static structural. import model. make mesh. i put solutions and force. then i press solve. solver alwayx goes to 10% and i get this error messages.
  i have some old ansys files from 2022. when i start those files they work. i can change solutions (add new).
  is my pc to week for this new ansys 2023? can somehow i install 2021 version?

  Please try changing the directory to not include special characters:
  
  Whatever the character in the word after dugi may be casing the issue

  i used that directory 2 years ago. then it worked. i tried creating new ansys files and it doesnt work.can my pc be to weak for this new ansys 2023?
  maybe my settings are (graphic car,usage of number of cores).

  What are the Specs of your machine?
  Graphics card? You can run DXDIAG to get info about Display
  CPU/ number of real cores? You can run: System Information

  i reinstaled windows. then i reinstalled ansys. i still have the same problem.

  i found on ansys web page ansys 2022. i will try to install that. i wish i could find 2021 version that worked good for me.

  i did this licensing client diagnostic. this are the results.

  also when i play with ansys mechanical APDL product launcher i get this error.
  
  i think my problem is that my files from multiple instalations have mixed.
