Hello,I have a license for ANSYS Academic Research CFD (1 task; expiring 30th November 2021). When attempting to install Ansys 2021 R1, I find the products included in my license are not pre-selected in the list of products to install. Moreover, if I manually select the correct products to install, I find they are then missing from the toolbox when I run Workbench. When I attempt to run them independently, I see error messages such as unable to checkout license (in CFX) or ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:Failover feature 'CFD Solver - Level 2' is not available (in Fluent).nI have never had this problem with previous versions of Ansys. I have installed Ansys License Manager Release 2021 R1 and this shows my license file as normal. I removed all older versions of Ansys prior to installing 2021 R1.nPlease can you advise how to resolve this issue?nThanks,Imrann
