Ansys Aim. Unexpected error: Invalid type path

  Aim has recently stopped working with the following error popping up.
  
  Any ideas how to resolve?

  Can you please try deleting all files from %AppData% and check if it works?

  Hi Subashni. We have deleted all files from the ansys folders in app data local with no results.
  
  Are these the folders you meant for us to delete?

  1. Uninstall the current release
  
  2. Delete the directory Ansys Inc/v19.x
  
  3. Delete %APPDATA%LocalAnsys, %APPDATA%LocalAnsys Inc, %APPDATA%RoamingAnsys
  
  4. Reinstall software.
