I want to simulate the movement of pollutants in a large geographical area.
I want to know the possibility of doing it and if it is possible how to do it?

How large an area, how much detail do you need and how much compute resource have you got?

I have a zone with length*width*height is 1000m*500m*300m I have a Core i7 8700K 3.7 GHz - 16 GB.

That's not overly large, but you may struggle if you're not using a full licence (ie not Student or Teaching level) due to the mesh size. How much detail of the emission source & surroundings? Look up external wind modelling: there's a fair bit of work published on wind farms.

I have the full license.
for the details I want to calculate the concentration of a pollutant ,then I believe that it is necessary a fine mesh .
