Ansys Discovery Installation

      Dear team,

      One of our customer has recently purchased the Ansys Discovery ultimate license.

      After installation while opening the Discovery Aim 2019 R2 its not asking to sign in to the account. Instead of that its showing the error as "could not connect to License server". We have given the access from the Admin login.

      Kindly help us to resolve this issue ASAP.

      The most likely reason for this error is de to license option set as floating while installation. Please go through below article and follow the steps for switching the license option.
