ansys discovery live freeze entire machine

  Greetings, i have two problems:
  
  1. after i run ansys discovery live and load a autocad made model, everything freezes, after this my laptop is non responsive, shutting down from power button.
  
  sometimes works, sometimes works after force shutdown.
  
  my laptop specs: i7 7700hk nvidia 1050 ti 4 gb 8 gb ram
  
  2. i installed ADL on a rig with radeon rx580 4 gb, when i run the software it says that videocard is not supportted.

  1. If you have not done so already, I would recommend updating the drivers on your graphics card to the latest available from the NVIDIA site.
  2. Only NVIDIA graphics cards are supported for use with Discovery Live

  another thing, while the animation is in progress, upper icons are flickering, i have pause the animations to use the icons

    Did updating the graphics driver have any effect?
