SubscriberHello,
I have encountered an issue with Discovery Subscription Administrator panel. The Discovery Subscription Administrator panel seems to be frozen. After the login and password are provided the website is not responsive
This is the third day when the issue is present.
To identify the issue the following steps has been taken:- Three different web browser was tested
- Incognito mode was used
- Login attempted on a second PC was taken
I would appreciate any suggestion to solve this issue.
Best regards -

Ansys EmployeeHello Mateusz Bedkowski
I think there should have been some temporary server issues in last few days which might have resulted in the Administration panel not responding for some time. I just tried logging in to the Discovery Subscription Administrator panel without any issue. Can you please try it again?

SubscriberHello Naresh Patre
Thank you for your comment.
Unfortunately, the problem persists.
Is there any other option to manage my account?
Can you check the account settings on the server side?

Ansys EmployeeHello Mateusz Bedkowski
Were you able to log in to the subscription panel earlier?
Are you getting any error message?
Since you mentioned that login attempted on a second PC was taken (successful), I think the issue is mostly specific to your machine.
Can you try temporarily disabling firewall and antivirus and see if that helps?
Also, can you try accessing the panel from Discovery forum? First, make sure that you have logged in to Discovery forum. Then, on the right side of the forum, there is a dropdown arrow next to your user name. From this dropdown, select "Manage Account". This will open the account page without the need to log in again. Please let me know how it goes.
