ANSYS Discovery trial licensing issue

      Dear support team,

      I have applied for Discovery trial and downloaded software. After installation and running ANSYS Discovery Live I am getting an error pop-up message which says that the connection to server is not possible (attached figure). Could you please advise on that?

      Hi Ievgen

      For Discovery to be able to communicate to the cloud servers and verify the licenses you need to make certain exceptions to the firewall. You might want to take the help of your IT team and go through point 5A of this Troubleshooting document.

      Could you also please ensure that you have temporarily disabled firewall and windows defender etc and run the setup.exe with 'Run as Administrator'?
