SubscriberHi, I have received a Discovery Ultimate Enterprise License, but although it was accepted by the license manager, it is never checked out by the program.
Even when I have AIM open and running, it only shows ANSYS Discovery Ultimate Enterprise (disc_ult) 0/1, on the usage panel.
I believe it is only giving me the 30-day trial license that comes on the installation, since it always alerts me that I only have a few days left of licensing.
Could someone please help me with this?
Thanks for your attention,
Watson.

Ansys EmployeeHi Guilherme Watson
If you have purchased the license, after the 30 day trial period is over, it will automatically update the license. In case it doesn't update on its own you can always write to us.

SubscriberThanks Subashni, but my biggest concern is that this problem seems to be limiting my max allowed mesh size to 1/4 of a million mesh nodes, when trying to run a fluid flow simulation.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the trial version. I will confirm from the team and let you know.

Ansys EmployeeHi Guilherme Watson
Can you please share with us what is node count in your model and also can you send us an image of the error that is popping up?

SubscriberSorry, it seems that the mesh problem was just because I was putting too many inflation layers and they got the mesher to fail.
However, the license is still not getting picked up and, now I cannot even open the program because it gives the message below. I've checked the license manager and it says that there is a valid license.
