Ansys Electronics Desktop close unexpectedly

  My HFSS was running when it crashed a few days ago. Since then, I couldn't open Ansys Electronics Desktop. I've reinstalled Ansys with my friend's iso file, just exactly in the way that I did before, but Ansys Electronics Desktop still close unexpectedly once it showed the main page. The rest of the Ansys electromagnetics suite are working. How can I fix the problem?

  Try to restart the Ansys License Manager from the Ansys License Management Center. If the problem persists, click "Gather Diagnostic Information" and send the data to Ansys Support under customer.ansys.com
