SubscriberHi!
I've experienced this error when trying to open the workbench file
this is the initial translation: "invalid hexadecimal value 0x00is an invalid character".
the strange thing is that I'm able to open another workbench file, but not that one I want. Hope it is not corrupted! I think this because while I had it open I get a license error and then my pc crashed becasue it encountered a problem and after gathering information about the error it restarted and then I've noticed to be unable to open that workbench file.
Please help me.

Subscriberthank you for the procedure. However, I think I've lost all the files since while trying to open the folder above the wbpj file I have only a user_files folder which is empty and a .project_cache file of 10 kb. Thus, I'm not able to execute the suggested steps.

Ansys EmployeeThen unfortunately you will have to start over, it would be a good habit to save project frequently to prevent losses from unforeseen events.
