Ansys.Fluent.Cortex.CortexCommandFailedException for Windows

  Hello there;
  
  I recived this message while in setup phase.
  
  Ansys.Fluent.Cortex.CortexCommandFailedException: An error occured in FLUENT while applying case and settings informatins.

  at Ansys.Fluent.Data.SetupData.ReadCaseModelInfo(IFullContext context)
  
  What will be the possible reason? How can I fix this error?
  
  -there is no error before the setup in fluid flow(fluent) in project
