Ansys fluent cutcell mesh improvement

  Hi.
  
  I am doing my project using ansys fluent. I am using cutcell method at the moment and it seems alright in the mesh section.
  
  However, in the set up section, some part of design is fractured.(missing some parts)
  
  How can I improve my mesh using cutcell method.
  
  (I am thinking to use inflation, however, I don't know how to use inflations because I suppressed the solid part for simulating only fluid parts(inside the room and outside domain).
  
  Please help me out.

  When you say you're missing parts do they transfer into the Meshing tool?
