ANSYS Fluent: Error in CAD Import

I work on ANSYS Fluent in a RedHat Linux system (RedHat linux 8.1). Ansys version is 2022 R1. When I try to import geometry (.pmdb format) to the Watertight Geometry workflow I get the following error messages and the process aborts.

The following messages are printed on the console. It is very appreciated if anyone give me a clue to fix this problem.

      Error: Error in CAD Import

      Error Object: #f

      Error: Error occurred during import.

      Error Object: #f

Error: Importing the selected file could not be completed. Check to make sure that the selected file format is supported. In addition, check to make sure the CAD Readers are properly configured for the format using the CAD Configuration Manager utility.

      Error Object: #f

      Hi ,

Thanks a lot for your reply.

The link that you provided only explains how to run CAD configuration manager in Windows 10 system. I am using Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.7 (Ootpa). Can you please let me to the relevant page for this? I am trying to find a solution for this issue for months. Any help is much appreciated.

      Regards,

      Suranga.
