SubscriberI have try to watch video in youtube to study how to get lift and drag in use ansys fluent
follow videos step to make foundmental setup in set up inside reference value and monitors force include lift and drag ,but my reference not depth options,however,I have try to run simulation , but lift and drag are little value,i think that not accurate .I want to how to setup can get accurate value or why not depth option

Ansys EmployeeCorrect me if I'm wrong: You ran a 2D simulation to calculate the lift and drag forces. You are not sure why the values are not accurate and suspect the depth option in references values panel.
Yes, you need to set a valid depth reference value for the 2D model.

Ansys EmployeeA 3D simulation does not have a depth option as you already set the depth literally in the model geometry.
