      Hello 

      I have a client where I can't access the forum on all of the company's computers
      ANSYS FORUM what can it be?
      They have a proxy server

      how can i solve?

      Can you please confirm that their browser security is not blocking them? I would recommend you check with the Company's IT team on this.

      Can you please share more details about the issue they are facing?

      Also, have the customers successfully registered with their respective emails before trying to login?

      Sorry If I only reply to you now, the customers have successfully registered with the emails, I am now waiting for replies from the customer from their IT department. As soon as I have news, I'll let you know

      The problem was resolved by disabling the proxy server
