Ansys Employee当两个文件的器件相同只是光源波长范围不同时,光源的最高频率可能不同,对应实际网格大小也不同,因此,对于同一个波长,结果的精度不同,参见 Ansys Insight: 用于设置Mesh accuracy对应多大的网格尺寸n因此,cw单色光和宽光谱仿真器件在相同波长下的吸收不同;透射率反射率不同;nn如果这二个仿真文件中将网格用同一个光源频率范围来设置:n材料拟合时的频率、波长范围也固定下来:n
(注意:这个图中的波长参数并不是第一个图对应的,只是不同文件的截屏,正确的方法是同一个文件用同样的频率、波长范围)n结果是一样的,也就是说在锁定网格与拟合的波长范围以后,即使选择此范围内的不同谱段,结果也是一样的:n
n图中的红色是窄谱的结果,蓝色是宽谱结果;而绿色仅固定了网格所用的波长但是材料拟合没有锁定。nn参见 Ansys Insight: 扫描波长时如何设置网格、材料拟合和监视器 这个帖子锁定的范围是相同的来自同一个器件的文件。
