Ansys Employee问题:有一个周期结构,但是中心一个周期含有缺陷,能否用周期边界和平面波来仿真?我只是想看看这种结构有没有Rayleigh anomaly。
A:用什么边界条件,主要看你使用什么光源。因为不是周期结构,不能使用一般的平面波+周期性边界条件,可以使用TFSF。
因为不是周期结构,一般来说反射谱和透射谱不具实际测量意义,这是因为,用TFSF中的平面波,得到的反射谱和透射谱强弱将取决于TFSF的横向面积:平面波光源功率等于光强*面积,面积越大输入功率越大;如果超过周期结构宽度,光源越宽透射越强。参见 Ansys Insight: 为什么非周期结构一般不评定反射率和透射率?
非周期结构一般用散射界面、局部场增强、远场分布、偏振特性等衡量。当然,用反射谱和透射谱看谐振峰是可以的,因为此时重要的不是绝对值,只是谐振的波长。
像这个问题,通过询问,用户希望察看这种结构有没有Rayleigh anomaly,也就是有没有满足特定条件的谐振,为了使整个结构得到均匀照明,可以使用TFSF。需要注意的是,监视器必须放在TFSF内部,不能接触更不能穿过TFSF的灰色区域。TFSF只要比结构宽一些就可以了。
原则上高斯光束也可以,但是因为它不能均匀照明,所以最好是用TFSF。
