Ansys Employeeolivier. majoThis may have been temporary, as I have just performed that operation a few minutes ago with another customer.
It may also be due to network security settings at the customer's location.
An alternative approach would be to log into the account and release the activation(s) there.
On the local PC you can navigate to C:\Users\'user name'\AppData\Local\.ansys_licensing\.activation and delete all the files contained there.Launch Discovery and use the login to activate the software again.
