      Hello, when I try to open a Lumerical FDTD solver file while in Ansys cloud I get the following error:

      The application will attempt to open the file, look for the license, and then fail. It's neither polling my license server nor checking out an elastic license for the solver, it's just not running at all.

      Looking around the cloud desktop it seems that this is because Ansys Lumerical or at least the FDTD solver portion has been removed? Please can you tell me how to get it back? I can open Ansys optics, but opening a new instance of the FDTD solver without a file has the same result.

      @Kat Vinden,

      Are you running the In-Browser Session on Ansys Cloud Direct as shown in the Knowledge Base (KB)? Which version of Lumerical are you using on Ansys Cloud Direct? >>> Lumerical on Ansys cloud – Ansys Optics

      Try to open/launch a new in-browser interactive session using the Lumerical 2023 R1 release on Ansys Cloud Direct. Then open the CAD from the launcher as shown in the image. (taken a few minutes ago on Ansys cloud direct)

      Or directly from the Windows Start Menu
