SubscriberDear all,
our company recently change the license program to an Elastic License type.
From now on, Mechanical does not start anymore. When launching it, in Workbench it can be seen the "Busy" status with the red dot but Mechanical won't initialize. In the Task Manager it can be seen that it is using 0% of the CPU, therefore doing nothing.
Discovery instead, does also not start, and looking at the Task Manager one can see the writing "Suspended", and then it crashes.
I tried this with two Ansys version, 2020 R2 and 2022 R1, both give the same problem.
What can we do to resolve this issue? We are losing money every day of no usage, please help us.
Thank you very much in advance.
King regards,
Gioele -
