ANSYS Mechanical APDL Product Launcher 18.0

  Hi
  Recently, I have been using Shell 163 to build a multi angle model in ANSYS apdl 18.0. However, when using the command stream, I found that commands such as sectype, secdata, and secplot cannot be used properly. I would like to know how to implement these commands in apdl 18.0.

  You will need Enterprise license to use legacy elements. Check which license are you using

  Please see the MAPDL 18 help on the SECTION command - it is not supported when using the Ansys LS-Dyna license...which makes sense as shell163 did not use sections for its defintion, rather real constants.
