Ansys mechanical is not opening

  while opening Ansys mechanical I am getting the error mechanical failed to open the database. Please let me know the possible reason.

  It is possible that the database was corrupted. What version are you using? Is this a problem with just this file or all other files?
  
  You might still be able to recover the file, please see this article.

  It looks like you are on Linux. Is that folder on a remote computer?
  Try using a file manager app to copy the m17vkshrivastav folder to another location on the local drive on your computer.

  the file is in the same computer (server) but I was trying to open by remote access.
