Ansys Mesher and DesignModeler crash

Good morning everyone, I just downloaded Ansys 2023 R1. I encountered an issue: when I open the Ansys Mesher or the DesignModeler and I click on the 3D modelling space (the blue-shaded window I marked in the image below) the program freezes and then crashes. Does someone know how to solve this problem?

I tried to reinstall Ansys, I tried to change compatibility settings of the AnsysWB Module, I tried to use dedicated graphic card instead of the integrated one. Besides I found out that the 3D browser is the same that Dassault Systemes CATIA uses and I encountered the same exact issue with it. Please help me 😭😭😭😭😭

Just some more details: I have an Acer Swift 3X laptop running Windows 11. I have Intel Xe Graphics Card.

Please check the following System and Browser Requirements

      Supported Platforms and Operating Systems:

      • Microsoft Windows 10, 64-bit

Minimum Hardware Requirements for Ansys Student Product Inclusions Except Ansys Discovery:

      • Processor(s): Workstation class
      • 4 GB RAM
      • 25 GB hard drive space
      • Computer must have a physical C:/” drive present
      • Graphics card and driver: Professional workstation class 3-D

What is your Dedicated graphics card model number? and what is dedicated graphics memory?

We recommend using laptop computer that are desgnated as a “Mobile Workstation” as they have 2nd graphics adapter that is compatible with 3D graphics / CAD / engineering applications.
The Ansys WB apps require OpenGL support. There is no compatibility mode.

Use “DxDiag.exe” to see the graphics configuration on your Acer Swift 3X laptop.
If it has an nVidia or ATI 3D graphics adapter, you may be able to get Ansys to run by setting such as default.

Thanks to both of you for the kind answer.

Here you can find more details about the technical specifications of my laptop. Let me know if you need more information and I will provide you them as readily as possible.

It seems to have OpenGL compatibility.

About the graphics card adapter option, I couldn’t find it anywhere. Where should it be located?

Since I'm from Italy, my PC is in italian, let me know if you can't understand something.

You could try to set the "Xe MAX Graphics" as the primary adapter. You may have to do this in BIOS.
And/or try to install a newer graphics driver.

We have not done any testing on such "Intel Xe" graphics.
