Ansys Polyflow Application Failed to Connect

  Hello. I need you help
  I am runing Ansys 2023 R2 i can't open polyflow results. The resulte show Application Failed to Connect.
  I try fixed it (I tried to reinstall Ansys)

  Do you have a virus protection software or firewall software enabled
  that may be blocking the communication between programs?
  
  What happens if you shut doan all ANSYS Programs and then
  rename the following directory:
  %APPDATA%\Ansys\v232
  to:
  %APPDATA%\Ansys\v232.old
  Then try to run again.
