  Our team is aware of this issue and is currently working to resolve this.
  
  In the meantime, can you please try activating the licenses using the command window and then try launching the application?
  
  Please refer Discovery Subscription license - Command line options for instructions on activating licenses through command line.

  This issue still not resolved? We are still activating all the license manually and for one specific case we are not able to do it manually as well.
  
  Can connect tomorrow or today to help our customer with the issue? He has some important work to finish on Discovery modelling.

  We have identified this as a widespread issue and have filed a BUG(776077)
  
  Our development team is working to resolve this on priority.
  
  But in the meantime, you will need to use the command line activation as suggested before.
