ANSYS SpaceClaim License Manager installed at Named User license configurations

  Hi,
  
  we experience some problems with our prospects and customers when they are installing the License Manager in a Named-User ANSYS SpaceClaim configurations as opposed to the advice not to install it. Is there a recommended process for fixing this problem, e.g. how to delete the License Manager or neutralise it and what to do afterwards, e.g. reinstallation of the Named User license or other measures?

  It does not matter if a subscription license user installs the Ansys License manager.
  
  They can uninstall it from the Control Panel.
  You will need to check the Discovery License mode manager to ensure the correct License mode is selected.
