SubscriberI installed and used for about 4 months. Everything is OK.nToday, I try to open Workbench Ansys Student 2020R2. But the workbench is not displayed on my monitor.nEven I try to open spaceclaim and fluent directly, they aren't displayed.nWhat happen?nHow to repair?nShould I download and install the new version, Ansys Student 2021 R1 to replace the 2020R2?nPlease, your advice.n -

Ansys EmployeeDo you mean the display isn't working (as in blank windows), that it crashes or that you can't see the solver but the icon is present in the Windows tool bar? n -

SubscriberYes, Sir. The monitor is blank window but the icon still appear in windows toolbar. When I click the icon in windows toolbar, the window of ansys doesn't appear.n -

Ansys EmployeeBy blank I assume you mean you still see the normal Windows screen? If so, have you got another monitor connected or set up? n -
